I just got off the phone with the COB. The two people I spoke with were very kind and helpful. They said that no, there was no second letter needed. All they needed at this point was to get a form back from this Bishop and that was the end of it.
On a humorous note - when you call the COB it is automated. It's like " if you are a priesthood holder with a problem, press 1.' "if you are a priesthood holder who needs disciplinary paperwork press 2. " "If you are not a priesthood holder press 5."
That's me, a 5.
There you have it folks, looks like I am a 5 as well...

I suppose I am happy about it too, but it bugs me because the only reason I am a "5" is because I happen to be a girl.
